Applicable requirements may include obtaining verifiable parental consent before processing personal data of a child and restrictions concerning tracking, behavioural monitoring and targeted advertising directed at children.
Accordingly, where legally required, CLATians will seek appropriate parental or lawful-guardian consent before processing a child's personal data.
